You have violated the rules of our service, specifically:

Section 11.1.

In the case of an error or malfunction in our system or processes, all bets are voided. You must immediately notify us as soon as you become aware of any error in the Service’s operation. In the event of communication or system errors, bugs, or viruses in connection with the Service and/or payments made by you resulting from a defect or error in the Service, we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct or indirect costs, expenses, losses, or claims arising from such errors. We reserve the right to void all games/bets in question and take any other action to correct such errors.

You have repeatedly and maliciously exploited a technical error on the side of the processing company, due to which increased deposit amounts were erroneously credited to you. Your actual deposits were much less than the amounts actually credited to your account.

We also draw your attention to section 17 of the service rules:

Fraud

We will seek criminal and administrative sanctions against any Client involved in fraud, misuse of the Service, or criminal actions. We will withhold payment to any Client if there is any suspicion of such activities. The Client must compensate for damages and is liable to pay us upon request all costs, fees, or losses incurred by us (including any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, loss of profit, loss of business, and loss of reputation), directly or indirectly resulting from the Client’s fraud, dishonesty, or criminal activity.

Our company is a responsible service and we stand for fair play. Due to your gross violation of the rules, which resulted in financial losses for the company, your bets have been annulled under the service rules, specifically section 25.
