Thunderpick Casino: unjustified Delay in Withdrawal of 13.620 USD

My name is Lukas Taxer, and I am reaching out to you with a complaint regarding Thunderpick Casino for delaying the withdrawal of my winnings amounting to $13,620. I won this amount on April 25th, 2025, but since then, I have been unable to receive my funds due to continuous verification issues initiated by the casino.

Thunderpick Casino claims that they were unable to send me a verification request for more than a week due to allegedly malfunctioning email services. Even after I sent my documents, it took almost a week for the casino to acknowledge their receipt. Following this, I faced a series of repetitive requests to resend documents, selfies, and photos with ever-changing requirements, such as different poses, clothing, and surroundings.

Despite fulfilling all the requirements, Thunderpick continues to demand new documents and photos, each time altering the conditions, which gives the impression of intentional stalling to avoid paying out my winnings. The latest selfie request, being the fourth one, has also left me with no confidence that it will be accepted.

I am providing screenshots of my correspondence with Thunderpick support as evidence, showing that I have complied with all verification demands. Despite this, Thunderpick repeatedly asks for new documents under new conditions, creating an endless loop of verification.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that my winnings are paid out in full.
